Start from a good first draft
The Goals Library, called Goal Templates in the app, is a catalog of 274 goals written by the B3 team. They’re grouped into 8 categories and 49 topics:
- Health & Fitness
- Career & Business
- Financial Goals
- Relationships & Social Goals
- Personal Growth & Learning
- Contribution & Impact
- Adventure, Travel & Experiences
- Lifestyle, Freedom & Fun
A few examples: Daily meditation for at least 10 minutes · Read 12 books this year · Run a half marathon · Call or video chat parents twice a week · Become debt-free by the end of the year · Earn income from 3 different sources · Take a solo trip abroad · Learn a new musical instrument.
What each template gives you
- A title and a target, such as “2.5 liters a day” or “12 books”.
- A check-in rhythm, from daily to yearly.
- A time frame, such as “over 3 months”. B3 turns it into a real due date on the day you add the goal. A few templates are ongoing and have no end date.
Add several at once
Filter by category and topic, tick up to 25 templates, and add them in one tap. Each one becomes an ordinary goal of yours, with no strings attached. If a template has been retired since you opened the list, only that one is skipped and the rest are still added.
Library goals count toward the Free plan’s two active goals. B3 Pro removes the limit.
