## From a sentence to a plan

Open **Add Goal with AI** and answer one question: *What goal would you like to achieve?* Write it the way you'd say it, in up to 500 characters. For example: "Get fit enough to run a half marathon by spring."

The AI Goal Builder drafts a complete goal:

- a clear **title** and **description**
- the **goal type**, number or check-in, with a **target** where it fits
- a **check-in rhythm** and a **due date**
- the **benefits**, a **reward** and a **consequence**, the three questions every B3 goal asks

## Choose the draft you like

Not quite right? Tap **Generate New** for up to five alternatives for the same idea, and flip between them ("Option 2 of 3"). Nothing is saved until you tap **Accept**. After that it's an ordinary [goal](https://believebehavebecome.io/features/goals/) that you can edit like any other.

## Private by design

The AI only receives what you type into the builder. It doesn't see your other goals, your money or your supporters. B3's [privacy policy](https://api.believebehavebecome.io/privacy) names the AI provider and states that prompts aren't used for training.
