We believe in you. That's the first thing the app says when you open it, and the reason it exists. Most goals don't fail for lack of wanting. They fail between the wanting and the doing.

Decide what you want and why it matters. A B3 goal has a target, a due date and a check-in rhythm, plus the reasons that keep you going.

## Behave

Turn the goal into steps you'll actually take: one-off actions with subtasks and reminders, and recurring actions for your habits.

Check in on your rhythm and watch the picture change. B3 tells you what's on track and charts your progress.

## A personal strategy, not another to-do list

Companies have strategies: goals, the work that serves them, people who sign things off, and a budget. B3 gives one person the same structure. It began life as StrategyX Personal, and the name changed to say what it's really for.

So a B3 goal carries its reasons with it: the benefits, the reward you'll give yourself, and the consequence you'll set if you don't get there. It has a rhythm you check in on, from daily to yearly. It breaks into actions and recurring actions that remind you at the right moment. The people you trust can hold you to it, and the money it needs sits right next to it.
